At TD Canada Trust, you will support Personal & Commercial Banking customers at the branch. The role involves customer service transactions, financial advice, concern resolution, and referrals. You will promote banking solutions while following procedures, regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics.
Key Responsibilities: Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Determine needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities
Promote solutions while completing business processes




Connect personally and explain banking processes clearly
Requirements: High School diploma or one year relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Robust administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
Hands-on knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
Accurate, detail-oriented communication with different people
Bring customer experience, transaction processing, and banking solution skills to TD Canada Trust’s Edmonton branch serving customers.
