This Legal Administrative Assistant supports lawyers in managing practice activities and carrying out mandates. The work includes legal document preparation, billing administration, confidential correspondence, and client liaison duties. Candidates need a legal secretarial diploma, commercial transactional law experience, and Microsoft 365 proficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Organize workload and implement follow-up measures
Format legal documents and process related changes
Prepare billing documents and monitor accounts receivable




Draft confidential letters, memos, and engagement letters
Coordinate meetings, correspondence, and internal administrative tasks
Requirements: DEC in legal secretarial studies
Three to four years of legal assistant experience
Experience in business or commercial transactional law preferred
Fluency in spoken and written French and English
Microsoft 365 proficiency, especially Word formatting and styles
