Key Responsibilities: Lead accurate audiovisual equipment setup, operation, and breakdown
Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve event problems quickly
Direct technician workflow and organize daily floor activities




Meet guests and monitor equipment throughout events
Train technicians and mentor recent hires
Requirements: Three to five years of audiovisual experience required
Three to five years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Knowledge of technical theory and advanced problem-solving skills
Experience leading workflow and team members
Bachelor’s degree preferred; certification requirements apply
