Support syndication transactions and compliance management as a Legal Operations Paralegal with Element in Toronto, working in a hybrid arrangement.
This position supports legal services across syndication transactions, corporate entity governance, business licensing, and Uniform Commercial Code management. You will independently manage complex matters, maintain legal records, and coordinate deadline-driven activities. The work also includes improving processes through automation, stronger controls, and better visibility.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate syndication documents, closings, records, and follow-up items
Manage entity governance, filings, registrations, licences, permits, and bonds
Coordinate UCC filings and resolve complex exceptions
Evaluate workflows for inefficiencies, control gaps, and automation opportunities




Lead legal technology improvements, projects, and cross-functional implementation
Requirements: Five or more years of paralegal or comparable legal operations experience
Experience managing complex, deadline-driven cross-functional assignments
Solid analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and SharePoint
Ability to exercise discretion and manage competing priorities independently
Bring legal operations experience, sound judgement, and process improvement skills to Element’s hybrid Toronto team.
