Support children’s curiosity as a Registered Early Childhood Educator at CELC’s Rolling Hills Program, with weekday hours in Bethany, Ontario.
Compass Early Learning and Care is seeking a Program Educator for a one-year contract. This work centers on play-based, emergent learning, children’s development, and responsive relationships. The schedule is 37.5 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, within program hours from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities: Reflect children’s interests through play-based activities
Promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
Create environments protecting children’s health and safety
Foster family involvement in the learning process
Participate in meetings, professional learning,



and training
Requirements: Registration in valuable standing with the College preferred
Experience in play-based, emergent-curriculum childcare preferred
One to three years’ experience working with children
Knowledge of licensing standards and the Child Care Early Years Act
Valid First Aid, CPR Level C, police check, and immunizations
Use early childhood education knowledge, emergent curriculum experience, and nurturing relationships to support children at Rolling Hills.
