Lead daily sales-floor performance at SKIMS through personalized customer service, team coaching, and solid operational execution. This is a full-time retail leadership role.
As Supervisor, you model customer-obsessed service while creating a positive, inclusive shopping environment. You support daily operations, coach Team Members on selling behaviors, product knowledge, and styling, and help achieve store KPIs. The position also requires clear communication, sales-data awareness, and attention to visual standards.
Key Responsibilities: Lead warm, intentional, personalized customer service on the floor
Drive zone management, coaching, and team motivation
Execute opening, closing, cash, cleanliness, and operational priorities
Coach selling behaviors, product knowledge,



and styling support
Support launches, restocks, inventory, and floor updates
Requirements: Previous supervisory or retail management experience, preferably fashion
Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-motivation skills
Ability to use sales data and feedback
Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime
Ability to lift and move items up to 40 pounds
