This Internal Communications Manager partners with the Internal Communications Director, Inclusion and Diversity, and People & Organization teams. You will support Mars Wrigley strategy and engagement, connect Associates with company vision, and communicate the Canadian agenda. Success requires five-plus years in corporate internal communications and strong organizational agility.
Key Responsibilities: Co-create Mars Wrigley communications strategy and engagement
Partner with Leadership Team members on messaging
Coordinate agendas, speakers, presentations, and surveys




Ensure messages remain consistent and timely
Story-mine offices, sales teams, and factories
Requirements: Degree or equivalent, preferably Business or Communications
Excellent speechwriting, intranet writing, and storytelling skills
Ability to work across management levels and personalities
Solid presentation skills and professional composure
Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
Use executive communications, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen Mars Wrigley’s Associate engagement across Canada.
