The Salvation Army seeks a Kettle Area Team Lead for a seasonal fixed-term contract through December 24, 2025. You will oversee several campaign locations, including malls, grocery stores, and retail outlets. The work requires customer service, volunteer supervision, donation security, and reliable daily communication.
Key Responsibilities: Support Kettle deliveries before volunteers arrive
Supervise, support, and assign Kettle volunteers
Secure donations after each completed shift
Visit locations during changes and intermittently
Answer donor questions about Salvation Army programs
Requirements: Minimum one year of related or customer service experience
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Satisfactory Background Check and Driver’s Abstract
Ability to lift 9 to 12 kilograms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
