You will own bookkeeping activities across more than one entity, including AP, AR, GL, payroll, and monthly reconciliations. The role requires hands on experience with timesheets, benefits deductions, vacation accruals, remittances, filings, billing, and collections. The finance lead handles year end and higher level reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Process payroll, timesheets, benefits deductions, and vacation accruals
Reconcile monthly bank, credit card, and intercompany accounts
Maintain AP, AR, and GL records through full cycle bookkeeping
Prepare remittances, filings, month end,



and year end schedules
Respond to vendor and customer billing payment inquiries
Requirements: Five plus years of hands on bookkeeping experience
Experience processing payroll across recurring deadlines
Comfort working across multiple entities and intercompany accounts
Solid systems aptitude for industry specific ERP software
Accurate, organized, discreet, and able to work independently
