UW Management, an authorized Rogers Communications representative, is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to give customers transparent answers, honest advice and a plan that actually fits.
Core Functions Greet customers and find out what they are looking for
Review a customer’s current services and compare them with other plans
Explain pricing, renewals, upgrades and promotions accurately
Answer account and billing questions in plain language
Complete upgrades, renewals, plan changes and new service setups
Handle concerns, or refer complex issues to the right team
Log follow-ups and keep records accurate
Stay current on offers and program updates
Work toward individual and team sales goals
Preferred Skills Patient and professional when customers are confused or frustrated




Able to explain account and pricing details accurately
Detail-oriented, with reliable follow-up
Comfortable working independently and with a team
Fluent in English; other languages are an asset
Retail, hospitality or other customer-facing experience is an asset
