This marketing lead supports pursuit and win efforts for strategic water opportunities across Canada. The position leads compliant proposals, qualifications, and pre-positioning materials for priority pursuits. It collaborates with Water Business Line leadership and pursuit teams while managing multiple deadlines and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise water marketing specialists and manage the team proposal schedule
Develop win strategies using marketing intelligence and customer concerns
Lead Go/No-Go, readiness, capture planning, and positioning activities
Write executive summaries, management approaches, and staffing sections




Review compliance and facilitate color team reviews
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
Six years of related experience; eight to ten preferred
Experience leading teams through change, complexity, and performance improvement
Robust proposal writing, editing, grammar, and style skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and collaborative tools
