Drive full-cycle recruiting for G&A; and Marketing at Elastic, advising hiring teams across corporate functions and diverse role levels.
As a Senior Recruiter, you will act as a Talent Advisor for Finance, IT, HR, Legal, and Marketing teams. You will build candidate pipelines, manage hiring processes, and partner with hiring managers and executives. The work spans roles including Product Marketing Managers, Accountants, Attorneys, Salesforce Developers, and Facilities Coordinators.
Key Responsibilities: Identify, engage, and manage talent through full hiring processes
Advise hiring teams and build healthy candidate pipelines
Craft and improve a consistent candidate experience
Champion consistent processes across the Elastic recruiting team




Develop and complete recruiting strategies with global colleagues
Requirements: Five or more years recruiting across corporate G&A; and Marketing
Experience in agency and corporate recruiting environments
Ability to balance multiple requisitions with attention to detail
Experience influencing hiring managers and executives throughout recruiting
Understanding of ATS tools and recruiting technologies
Bring Talent Advisor expertise, full-cycle recruiting, and business judgment to Elastic’s G&A; and Marketing hiring teams.
