As a Strategic Implementation Co-op, you will support the Investments and Retirement practice through business analysis and workflow design. You will work with stakeholders to understand workflows, document requirements, and refine practical AI-enabled improvements. The Strategic Implementation manager provides direction on objectives and priorities.
Key Responsibilities: Discuss workflows, objectives, and constraints with business stakeholders
Document business and functional requirements for AI-enabled improvements
Analyze inefficiencies, decision points, handoffs, and automation opportunities
Design, test,



and refine AI-enabled workflows and prototype tools
Validate structured data inputs and assess data quality
Requirements: Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field
Basic Python familiarity and workflow logic reasoning ability
Working understanding of SQL and relational data structures
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Apply business analysis, Python, SQL, and AI workflow skills to support strategic implementation in Toronto with Marsh People and Investments.
