As a Loss Prevention Agent, you help maintain the safety of people and premises while supporting smooth store operations. You act as a resource for staff members, detect shoplifting, and respond to emergencies. Relevant skilled experience in a similar role is an asset.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure the safety of people and store premises
Respond first during emergency situations
Detect shoplifting across Simons store areas
Make lawful arrests with police authorities and Simons procedures
Write reports and produce staff identification cards
Requirements: Ontario Security License required for Ontario applications
Empathetic, caring, and disciplined approach
Resourcefulness and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
Relevant professional experience in a similar role is an asset
Communicate in the province’s official store language
