Support clients through renewals, endorsements, and coverage recommendations as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative in North York. This is an in-office role.
Working within a forward-thinking insurance brokerage, you will manage personal lines service activity across an impressive book of business. The role requires two to five years of brokerage experience, a RIBO license, and knowledge of underwriting and coverages. Solid communication supports calls, emails, client files, and underwriter responses.
Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with renewals, cancellations, and policy changes
Recommend additional coverages based on client needs
Communicate effectively with clients through calls and emails
Maintain detailed electronic client files accurately
Provide coverage and risk management guidance to inquiries
Requirements: Personal lines brokerage experience of two to five years
RIBO license is required for this position
Solid personal lines underwriting knowledge
Understanding of personal lines coverages
EPIC or Compuquote familiarity is a plus
Use relationship-building, renewal support, and coverage knowledge to deliver responsive personal lines service from North York.
