This Parts Sales Specialist handles parts and accessories while supporting Service Technicians and daily department operations. Green Diamond Equipment is a Maritime John Deere Dealership with 15 locations and recognition as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies for 2024, 2025, and 2026. The work includes sales recording, shipment receiving, stocking, displays, and customer assistance.
Key Responsibilities: Process parts orders fully as parts leave with customers
Supply Service Technicians with parts as required
Verify shipment receipting and place inventory orders
Prepare and maintain merchandise displays
Complete parts-related reports, projects, and assigned duties
Requirements: Parts Catalog computer application experience
Basic data entry and keyboarding abilities
Team workplace work capability
Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 pounds
Forklift license preferred
Use parts catalog knowledge, order accuracy, and service skills to support customers and technicians across the John Deere dealership.
