Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic leadership and overall direction for HYGR Recruitment in a part time, remote capacity. This role involves setting and refining the company vision, developing long-term business plans, and overseeing core financial and operational performance. The CEO will collaborate with key stakeholders to drive growth in sales, build client relationships, and strengthen service offerings.

Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring key metrics, guiding operational improvements, making data-driven decisions,



and ensuring that business priorities align with market opportunities. The CEO will also foster a positive, inclusive culture and represent the company in external partnerships and industry engagements.

Qualifications

- Strong Finance and Business Planning skills to manage budgets, forecasts, and overall financial health.
- Proficiency in Operations Management to optimize processes, allocate resources, and improve efficiency.
- Experience in Sales and client development to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.
- Advanced Strategic Planning capabilities to define vision, set goals, and navigate changing market conditions.
- Proven leadership experience in executive or senior management roles, preferably within recruitment, professional services, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, part-time setting.
- Ability to make data-informed decisions, manage risk, and implement scalable business strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is beneficial.
