About ProCare 360

ProCare 360 is an Ontario-based construction company building commercial spaces across Ontario, Alberta and the United States. We deliver retail stores, franchises, restaurants and offices, with a specialty in healthcare clinics, including physiotherapy, dental, hearing, medical and pharmacy projects.

The Role

As our Construction Estimator, you will prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates that help us win new work and deliver projects successfully. This is an individual contributor role with real ownership. You will build and manage our network of subcontractors and suppliers from the ground up, bringing together the pricing, scope and market knowledge needed for every bid. You will work closely with leadership and our project management team from tender through to handover.

What You Will Do

- Review tender documents, specifications and construction drawings
- Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare detailed cost estimates
- Build, maintain and grow a database of qualified subcontractors and suppliers across all major trades
- Send invitations to bid, obtain quotations and follow up to ensure strong trade coverage on every tender
- Review subcontractor and supplier pricing for accuracy, completeness and scope alignment
- Prepare competitive bid submissions, including pricing breakdowns, scope, exclusions and clarifications




- Manage tender addenda, RFIs and clarifications throughout the bidding process
- Identify project risks and scope gaps before submission
- Support design-build budgets, forecasting and change-order pricing
- Attend pre-bid meetings and client discussions
- Hand over awarded projects to the project management team with complete estimate and trade

What We Are Looking For

- 3 to 5 years of commercial construction estimating experience, with exposure to projects in both Canadian and US markets
- An established network of subcontractors and suppliers in the GTA and the US is a strong asset
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with takeoff and estimating tools such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift or On-Screen Takeoff, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Solid ability to read plans and specifications and produce accurate takeoffs
- Experience with retail or healthcare fit-outs is an asset
- Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines independently

- Location: Remote or on-site (Canada-based)
