Registered Dietitian work supporting nutrition and hydration across Lanark Heights and St. Andrew’s Terrace, primarily in person in Kitchener and Cambridge.
S&R; Group seeks a Dietitian for two long term care homes, with part time Cambridge scheduling and potential full time coverage including Kitchener. The role includes clinical assessments, individualized care planning, counselling, and collaboration with residents, families, physicians, allied health professionals, and food services.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor residents’ nutrition and hydration levels
Complete scheduled RAI-MDS assessments and reassessments
Develop and modify individualized nutritional care plans
Conduct swallowing assessments and provide nutrition counselling




Review seasonal menus and support quality improvement initiatives
Requirements: Current registration with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
Two years’ long term care experience is an asset
Skilled liability insurance and Vulnerable Sector Screen
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and within interdisciplinary teams
Apply clinical nutrition, assessment, and care planning expertise while supporting residents across S&R; Group’s Cambridge and Kitchener homes.
