This coordinator supports operations and sales teams before auctions and other sales. The position requires a mechanical or service background, careful work-order management, and communication with vendors, Territory Managers, customers, and consigners. You will coordinate refurbishment across auction and non-auction equipment while supporting finished-item picturing.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate auction and non-auction refurbishing activities
Schedule paint, seat, glass, and mechanic vendors
Manage work orders through sale completion




Review invoices and accurate cost sheets
Handle post-sale mechanical issues promptly
Requirements: Two or more years of mechanical or service experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in wide-ranging conditions
Bring mechanical experience, vendor coordination, and detailed work-order management to RB Global’s equipment refurbishing operations.
