The Distribution Centre Team Associate supports the full receiving process from unloading through internal transportation. Duties include verifying products and counts, confirming skid contents and labels, building pallets to specifications, and completing required documentation. The position also supports associate programs and procedures aligned with legislation and company policy.
Key Responsibilities: Receive incoming freight into the distribution centre
Verify product counts before completing freight receiving
Assemble pallets according to designated Ti/Hi requirements




Transport freight to assigned departments throughout the facility
Maintain health, safety, housekeeping, and associate programs
Requirements: Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly for up to 10 hours
Provide steel-toed safety shoes or boots on the first day
Wear other required personal protective gear when appropriate
Follow relevant legislation and company policy
Be at least 18 years old
Contribute to Walmart warehouse operations in Calgary through dependable freight movement, receiving accuracy, documentation, and safety compliance.
