This Licensed 421A Heavy Equipment Mechanic role supports a well-established operation in environmental and agricultural production services. Daily work includes maintaining screeners, grinders, bulldozers, and front-end loaders. The successful candidate will repair defective parts, weld and fabricate custom components, document work, and follow health and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Perform maintenance and repairs on heavy mobile equipment
Investigate hydraulic, mechanical, and operational equipment problems
Weld, fabricate, and manufacture custom parts when required




Order parts and maintain repair documentation
Follow company health and safety policies
Requirements: Valid 421A Heavy Equipment Technician License
Three-plus years of industrial, construction, or heavy equipment experience
Robust troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfort working outdoors and in industrial conditions
Use mechanical repair, fabrication, hydraulics, and preventative maintenance skills supporting essential industrial equipment operations in Arthur.
