The Drake is seeking a Host for its hotel team. This position accommodates reservations and walk-ins while maximizing service revenues strategically. You will greet guests enthusiastically, stay informed about offerings, and represent the Drake Properties through genuine, personal service. The role supports the Front of House team.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests and check them in through OpenTable
Accommodate reservations and walk-ins strategically and efficiently
Check in with guests throughout their experience
Take additional orders or refill water as needed
Complete assigned side work
Requirements: At least one year of similar Hostess experience
Qualified, outgoing, and positive attitude
Well-spoken with excellent communication skills
OpenTable experience is an asset
Weekend and evening availability preferred
Bring polished guest service, OpenTable knowledge, and strong organization to The Drake Hotel’s Toronto hospitality team.
