Support regulatory client outreach and data management at CIBC Capital Markets in a hybrid Toronto position, onsite one to three days weekly.
As an Analyst, you will support investigations, assessments, and outreach activities for direct clients, funds, shared clients, and brokers. The work covers regulatory data collection, validation, documentation, and client lifecycle processes. You will collaborate with Front Office, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Investigate missing or inaccurate regulatory data
Collect regulatory information and supporting documentation
Follow up with customers and stakeholders
Maintain audit trails and evidence
Support regulatory outreach campaigns and assessments
Requirements: Experience in administration, data management, or compliance
Research, analysis, and documentation proficiency
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
Knowledge of Capital Markets clients and products
Robust decision-making and critical thinking skills
Bring regulatory compliance, research, and stakeholder communication skills to support accurate client data at CIBC Capital Markets.
