As SEO Manager, HVAC, you lead search for multi-location HVAC and home service clients. You set technical roadmaps, keyword strategies, content priorities, and quarterly plans. Your work spans organic results, AI search, local SEO, and client reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Own crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, and architecture
Develop keyword strategies and on-page optimization priorities
Improve visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity
Manage links, local search, and multi-location SEO
Report through GA4 and Search Console
Requirements: Three or more years of hands-on SEO experience
Experience running audits and implementing technical fixes
Fluency with Search Console, GA4, and Screaming Frog
Experience using Ahrefs or Semrush
Agency experience and clear spoken English for US client calls
Lead HVAC search strategy through technical SEO, AI discovery, local optimization, and measurable client reporting at Blacksmith Agency.
