This Junior AI Native Experience Designer role suits an experience, product, or interaction designer building with AI. You’ll move beyond static screens by turning concepts into rich interactive and working front-end prototypes. Your work will address user, technology, and business challenges through transparent interaction design. Collaboration with engineers, strategists, clients, and designers is central to the role.
Key Responsibilities: Move concepts from early ideas through functional prototypes
Use AI to research, ideate, prototype, test, and iterate
Experiment with Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot




Prototype quickly to answer experience questions
Help clients experience what AI makes possible
Requirements: Two to four years in product, experience, or interaction design
Portfolio demonstrating problem definition, concepts, and execution
Experience with Figma, interaction design, and design systems
Hands-on experimentation with generative AI or coding tools
Technical fluency for collaborating with engineering teams
Shape practical AI-native experiences by combining strong product design, prototyping, critical thinking, and emerging creative tools.
