Lead Mothercraft’s new Norton Lake Centre for Early Development in Brampton using early childhood education and team leadership expertise.
As Manager, Centre for Early Development, you will oversee daily operations and guide Registered Early Childhood Educators and Early Childhood Assistants. You will create safe, nurturing environments while supporting high-quality care and education. The position requires knowledge of early childhood development, Ministry regulations, and pedagogical frameworks.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations at the new Norton Lake centre
Lead RECE and ECA teams through guidance and mentoring
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative standards
Implement programs aligned with How Does Learning Happen and ELECT




Manage revenue and expenditures within the approved budget
Requirements: Early Childhood Education Diploma required; education degree is an asset
Minimum five years childcare and three years management experience
Infant and toddler experience with College of ECE registration
Knowledge of Ministry licensing regulations and Child Care Act
Standard First Aid and CPR C Certificate
Bring early childhood leadership, regulatory knowledge, and program expertise to Mothercraft’s current Brampton centre.
