Generations Toronto is recruiting an RN through AgeCare for its 122-bed Ismaili Ethnocultural Designated Long-Term Care Home. You will support residents while coordinating nursing services, leading shift reports, and directing Registered Practical Nurses and Personal Support Workers. The campus offers long-term care, housing, health services, and community programming.
Key Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care to long-term care residents
Coordinate nursing and other resident services
Lead shift reports with the health care team
Record significant changes in residents’ conditions




Review and process physician orders promptly
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Geriatric, rehabilitation, or long-term care nursing knowledge
Knowledge of activation, nursing, and personnel administration
Registration and valuable standing with the provincial registry
Knowledge of applicable nursing home legislation and standards
