As a Senior Technologist on the Testing team, you will perform and interpret procedures under operating procedures and manufacturer instructions. You will organize workflow, support staff technically, supervise activities, and help coordinate laboratory training. The position requires transfusion medicine experience and current Manitoba registration.
Key Responsibilities: Perform and interpret routine laboratory testing procedures
Organize workload across laboratory, accession, and office areas
Provide technical, procedural, and theoretical staff support




Perform supervisory duties and coach staff daily
Coordinate training delivery and review documentation
Requirements: Approved Medical Laboratory Technology program graduate
Current CMLTM registration and applicable certification
Minimum two years' transfusion medicine laboratory experience
Completed ISTP training program
