As an Alterations Specialist, you provide friendly, knowledgeable service to multiple customers while completing fittings and alterations. You welcome customers by phone, virtual chat, and in person, manage customer flow through store systems, and address concerns confidently. The position reports to the Store Manager and supports Five-Star Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers through phone, virtual chat, and in-person interactions
Manage customer flow using all available systems
Escort alterations customers to and from appointments
Resolve customer concerns or escalate appropriately
Process transactions accurately at the cash wrap
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent degree
One to two years of apparel retail experience
Prior sewing experience required
Ability to perform fittings to company standards
Ability to lift or move up to ten pounds
Combine customer communication, fitting knowledge, and service expertise to help David’s Bridal customers feel celebrated.
