BMO is seeking a Private Banking Officer for Montreal or Laval, combining client service, operational effectiveness, and compliance expertise.
You will help deliver exceptional experiences to private banking clients while supporting branch and regional collaboration. The position emphasizes relationship selling, referrals, workflow improvements, and timely resolution of client concerns. You will also follow banking, investment, lending, security, and risk requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Build client rapport and confidence through skilled service
Identify opportunities and make referrals to BMO employees
Recommend workflow alternatives improving efficiency and service levels
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders




Participate in audits and compliance reviews
Requirements: Two to three years of relevant experience
Post-secondary degree in a related field desirable
Knowledge of private banking services and offerings
Good verbal and written communication skills
Valuable organization, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Support BMO private banking relationships through compliant service, referrals, workflow analysis, and effective collaboration in Montreal or Laval.
