The Operations Supervisor supports the management team by building and retaining a high-performing team. This role combines performance discussions, action plans, staffing goals, sales execution, and customer reviews. You will also monitor payroll, timesheets, inventory, special orders, receiving, layaway, repairs, and first-quality merchandise standards across front of house and alterations.
Key Responsibilities: Communicate daily sales goals to every team member
Drive action through Chat Ins and Chat Outs




Review performance using customer reviews and mystery shops
Build the talent pipeline and meet staffing goals
Assist with Total Monthly Income goals consistently
Requirements: High School Diploma or degree
Two-four years of retail management experience
Apparel or specialty store background
Experience using a computerized POS system
Ability to communicate with guests and team members
Use performance leadership, sales communication, and retail management experience to strengthen results for David’s Bridal guests.
