Operate dozers and excavators for finishing work with Sureway Construction in Edmonton and surrounding areas. Apply proven grading skills safely.
This full-time, seasonal position supports civil earthworks, grading, utilities, offsite work, mine operations, and aggregate extraction. Operators perform stripping, ditching, sloping, and leveling while working near ground personnel and other equipment. Three to five years of operating experience and finishing experience are required.
Key Responsibilities: Safely operate dozers and excavators for stripping and ditching
Perform finishing work, including sloping and leveling
Operate near ground personnel and other equipment
Execute and follow Sureway’s safety program




Encourage safety culture among project personnel and contractors
Requirements: Three to five years’ dozer or excavator operating experience
Experience completing finishing work, including sloping and leveling
Personal reliable vehicle for Edmonton-area worksites
CSA-approved steel-toed boots with six-inch ankle support
Ability to work physically demanding conditions and adaptable schedules
Bring finishing, grading, and safe equipment operation experience to Sureway Construction projects around Edmonton and surrounding areas.
