This Massage Therapist role develops clinical impressions, selects treatment programs, and supports restoration of normal function. You will manage diverse referrals, including Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, motor vehicle collision, and independent assessment cases. The work requires documentation, communication, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Complete case histories and assess clients’ physical dysfunction
Implement treatment programs aligned with rehabilitation goals
Document assessments and progress within hospital guidelines




Manage patient caseloads from diverse referral sources
Liaise professionally with insurers and third-party payers
Requirements: Recognized Massage Therapy program completion
Current good-standing registration with the CMTO
Minimum two years of experience preferred
Professional judgment and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Apply massage therapy assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and communication skills across complex rehabilitation cases and referrals.
