As Vision Centre Manager, you are accountable for people, operations, and merchandise throughout the Vision Centre. You report to the District Manager for professional services while delivering the sales budget and controlling wages according to P&L.; The role includes developing Walmart’s optical business, promoting the brand, and maintaining required operating standards.
Key Responsibilities: Manage Vision Centre operations during all posted business hours
Delegate tasks within the applicable regulatory framework
Troubleshoot issues and solve problems for excellent customer experiences




Accept and evaluate customer or doctor prescription orders
Dispense prescription and non-prescription eyewear according to guidelines
Requirements: Be 16 or older
Maintain familiarity with the regional regulatory environment
Follow Walmart policy and qualified standards
Maintain equipment and safe working conditions
Follow required emergency policies protecting teams and the public
Use optical operations, prescription evaluation, and customer problem-solving skills to manage Walmart’s Vision Centre effectively.
