Monitor enterprise networks, troubleshoot connectivity, and support secure services as a Network Administrator (P4) across operational infrastructure. This position includes after-hours support when required.
As a Network Administrator (P4), you will maintain network availability and alignment with business requirements. You will support switches, routers, firewalls, wireless infrastructure, and monitoring tools. The work includes Level 2 incident support, maintenance, configuration changes, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor infrastructure and respond to network service disruptions
Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and access-related issues
Provide Level 2 support for escalated incidents
Administer switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure




Document troubleshooting, resolutions, and configuration changes
Requirements: Three to five years supporting enterprise network infrastructure
University degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience
CCNA certification and Cisco routing experience
Knowledge of routing, switching, IP addressing, DHCP, and DNS
Understanding of firewall technologies and network security concepts
Apply network monitoring, Cisco technologies, and troubleshooting expertise to support reliable enterprise infrastructure and secure network services.
