This full-time position focuses on multi-skincare, K Beauty, product expertise, client development, and brand growth. Success includes exceeding personal and brand sales targets while collaborating with store teams, buyers, vendors, and managers.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver extraordinary service to every customer
Build and retain a loyal personal client base
Share expert product knowledge with store selling teams
Drive brand sales through marketing opportunities and events
Complete merchandising, floor recovery, and sales support tasks
Requirements: High school diploma
Two or more years in commission-based sales
Proven ability to exceed sales targets
Adaptable availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Make-up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required
