Support YVR’s learning technology as a Learning and Development Coordinator managing systems, reporting, and technical troubleshooting. This is a permanent, full-time chance.
Working within YVR’s People and Culture team, you will administer and optimize the learning management system. The position involves user access, course assignments, data integrity, system testing, and learning metrics. You will also support programs, reports, training design, and course accuracy.
Key Responsibilities: Administer learning management system updates, assignments, audits, and reporting
Manage user access, course configuration, data integrity, and testing
Conduct research, analysis, statistics, reports, and presentation materials
Design and implement training aligned with strategic and business goals




Coordinate subject matter experts to maintain accurate course content
Requirements: At least two years of recent relevant experience
Two years of post-secondary education or equivalent training and experience
Learning and Development, Business, or Human Resources education
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
Competency-based adult learning design experience is an asset
Bring learning systems administration, reporting, and collaboration skills to support reliable development programs across YVR.
