As Associate Product Manager, you will help develop, launch, and manage mechanical deadbolts, locksets, door accessories, and security products. You will support Stage Gate projects, monitor portfolio performance, and turn market, consumer, channel, and competitor insights into product recommendations. The work spans specifications, packaging, documentation, suppliers, and launches.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor portfolio performance and product lifecycles
Lead SKU rationalization, upgrades, extensions, and discontinuations
Support Stage Gate projects through commercialization




Analyze market, consumer, channel, and pricing trends
Coordinate teams, factory partners, updates, and product training
Requirements: Two to five years in product, project, or category management
Technical understanding and commercial thinking
Solid project management and communication skills
Exposure to manufacturing, sourcing, or supplier management
ERP and product information management experience
Apply residential hardware knowledge, market insight, and cross-functional coordination to grow Taymor’s North American lock portfolio.
