Use French and English to train dealership customers on PBS software from Calgary, with virtual sessions and travel across Canada and the USA.
As a DTO Bilingual Trainer – Fixed Ops, you will support new and existing customers during Dealer Management Software implementation. You will deliver virtual and onsite training, demonstrate PBS DMS workflows, and provide customer service. The work includes documentation, ticket handling, troubleshooting, and process learning.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver assigned training sessions independently within Fixed Operations
Guide customers through software implementation virtually and onsite
Demonstrate PBS DMS and resolve customer needs
Write tickets and escalate issues to corresponding teams
Share knowledge and support cross-silo team learning
Requirements: Fluent French and English speaking, reading, and writing
One to two years in dealership Fixed Operations
Microsoft Office Suite and solid computer skills
Travel availability up to two weeks monthly
Passport, applicable U.S. visa, and full driver’s license
Bring bilingual communication, dealership experience, and training skills to help PBS customers succeed with Fixed Operations software.
