Bring Windows support and cloud administration skills to WCB-Alberta’s Application & Cloud Services team in Edmonton, Alberta.
As an IT Specialist II, you will provide day-to-day support for on-premises applications and cloud-based environments. The position covers software installation, tuning, troubleshooting, testing, packaging, distribution, and deployment. You will research technology, prepare standards-based documentation, answer IT questions, and contribute to implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities: Administer at least two WCB IT applications and cloud environments
Test, package, script, and distribute hardware and software
Research requested technologies and support ACS initiatives
Liaise with the service desk regarding ticket response




Provide training or mentoring within BTS groups
Requirements: Minimum three years of IT industry experience
Proven troubleshooting and technical support experience
Familiarity with Power Apps, Teams, Dynamics 365, Integration Runtime
Strong interpersonal, communication, and client service skills
Ability to learn and adapt to recent technology
Use cloud administration, Windows support, technical troubleshooting, and service skills to maintain WCB-Alberta application environments.
