Provide palliative pain management nursing care with William Osler Health System across multiple sites, working part-time days including weekends and holidays.
This permanent Registered Nurse position supports patients in the Palliative Pain Management Clinic. Practice patient-focused care through assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and compassionate collaboration with an inter-professional team. Use palliative pain assessment tools and provide education supporting continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Provide safe, compassionate, patient-centred nursing care
Recognize health changes and respond to emergencies
Provide health teaching and thorough discharge instructions




Follow infection prevention and control measures
Requirements: Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration in positive standing
Recent acute palliative care experience within five years
Palliative Care Certificate or Certified Hospice Palliative Care Nurse Certificate
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
Strong assessment, communication, decision-making, and collaboration skills
Bring palliative expertise, pain assessment, patient education, and inter-professional practice to Osler’s patient-focused clinic care.
