This Senior Human Resources Generalist supports a pharmacist-led healthcare organization. The position covers HR administration, employee lifecycle management, compliance requirements, and employee communications. Strong organization, discretion, and attention to detail are central to supporting employees and maintaining reliable records.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with payroll processing, audits, and employee inquiries
Support onboarding and offboarding with employment documentation
Coordinate orientation and employee training activities
Administer advantages enrollment, changes, and communications




Maintain accurate personnel files and workforce data
Requirements: Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience using BambooHR HRIS or Payroll modules
Familiarity with payroll processes and employment standards
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Workspace
Discretion handling sensitive information and multiple priorities
