This Account Executive role focuses on guiding qualified opportunities through a consultative buying journey from discovery to close. You will engage General Managers, Revenue Directors, Marketing teams, and Ownership groups about occupancy goals, distribution strategy, guest acquisition costs, and operational priorities. By presenting personalized demonstrations and measurable ROI, you will show how Operto ONE supports the guest journey from booking through arrival. You will own forecasting, manage multiple opportunities, and maintain an organized pipeline while partnering across the GTM Team.
Key Responsibilities: Run executive-level discovery with hotel decision-makers




Demonstrate Operto ONE across the guest journey
Build ROI cases around direct booking growth
Manage opportunities, forecasts, and quarterly revenue targets
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
Requirements: One to two plus years closing B2B SaaS business
Ability to understand customer goals and business challenges
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Robust analytical and organizational skills
Curiosity about technology and improved selling methods
