RLB is seeking Senior Accountants for full-time permanent work across a wide range of industries. You will execute compilations, coach junior team members, and work directly with clients. The firm supports CPA journeys through coaches, advisors, and PERT mentors.

Execute compilation engagements according to client needs
Coach junior team members through assigned work
Work directly with clients to provide top-notch service
Build collaborative client relationships through effective communication
Requirements: CPA designation or close to completing the designation
Public accounting experience in compilations or Assurance
Team-oriented mindset and strong client relationship skills
Curiosity-driven approach to learning and problem-solving
Experience with Caseware, TaxPrep, and Microsoft Office is beneficial
