This Project Coordinator role requires experience in Clinical Information Systems, Digital Health, or Healthcare IT Transformation. You will manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, resources, governance activities, documentation, and reporting. The work connects clinical teams, business analysts, project managers, informatics teams, executives, and cross-functional workstreams.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and update integrated project schedules using actual progress
Track milestones, dependencies, resources, variances, and changing priorities
Coordinate governance committees, advisory groups, and working groups
Prepare agendas,



decisions, action logs, and follow-ups
Produce status reports, RAID logs, and project documentation
Requirements: Two-plus years coordinating projects and managing schedules
Experience supporting CIS implementations or digital health transformations
Hands-on Agile Forecast Scheduling Methodology experience
Three-plus years using Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, and JIRA
Post-secondary education in health sciences, informatics, public health, or related discipline
