This experienced Application Support Analyst provides hands-on L1/L2 support for deal capture, trade booking, lifecycle processing, and portfolio credit analytics. The position focuses on incident triage, data investigation, operational stability, and timely service restoration. You will coordinate with engineering, infrastructure, upstream, and downstream teams while following ITIL processes and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities: Support Front Office platforms across deal capture and trade booking
Triage incidents, assess impact, and escalate with diagnostics
Investigate data issues using SQL reconciliation and break analysis




Troubleshoot Linux logs, jobs, and processes
Manage ServiceNow incidents, requests, changes, and documentation
Requirements: Application production support experience in financial services
Front Office or capital markets workflow knowledge
Experience providing L1/L2 business-critical application support
Knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
Hands-on ServiceNow, SQL, and Linux or Unix experience
