Key Responsibilities: Gather prescription information according to established Standards
Process recent prescriptions and refill requests accurately
Select, count, measure, package, and label medications
Adjudicate third party billing and manage accounts
Refer clinical inquiries and counseling needs to pharmacists
Requirements: High School Diploma
Pharmacy Assistant credited course diploma preferred
Previous pharmacy experience preferred
Effective organizational and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Support Shoppers Drug Mart customers through accurate prescription workflow, organized administration, and respectful pharmacy service.
