As a Technical Recruiter, you will support permanent IT hiring for a premier enterprise account. Your work includes monitoring industry, client, market, and unemployment conditions while aligning candidates with openings. Randstad seeks an experienced recruiter who communicates persuasively, makes decisions, follows direction, and executes plans.
Key Responsibilities: Increase qualified applicants within the candidate database
Research relevant industry and market conditions
Monitor client and unemployment conditions affecting recruiting




Prioritize and track active job orders
Meet weekly performance goals and expectations
Requirements: Three-plus years of experience in Technical Recruiting
Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills
Proven results in a very quick-paced team environment
Ability to leverage processes and technology productively
Capacity to make decisions, take direction, and execute
Use market awareness, IT recruiting expertise, and database growth skills to deliver qualified talent for Randstad’s enterprise account.
