Working with the Director, Investor Relations, you will execute TMX’s global investor relations program. The contract lasts 12 months, with an opportunity to extend, and involves institutional investors, analysts, executives, and cross-functional leaders. Your work supports disclosure, outreach, benchmarking, and engagement analytics.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare quarterly and annual disclosure materials
Maintain financial models and evaluate performance trends
Manage investor, analyst, and executive communications
Coordinate earnings calls, roadshows, conferences, and Investor Days
Monitor research,



consensus estimates, regulations, and market practices
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related quantitative field
Five-plus years in investor relations, research, finance, or capital markets
Advanced financial statement analysis and modeling proficiency
Experience with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or FactSet
Exceptional communication and cross-functional project management abilities
